Proficiency in vitro methodologies (western-blot, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, RT-qPCR), in vivo techniques (rodent handling and welfare - Rett Syndrome mouse model - behavioural tests and drug administration) and ex vivo procedures (brain isolation and dissection, cerebrospinal fluid, blood and organ collection and electrophysiological recordings).
